Membership & Registration
Thank you for your interest in joining KBIA! Our 2016 Registration Guide is now available online and will be sent to our mailing list via US Postal Service. If you would like a copy sent to you, please ask!
In order to be eligible to register for KBIA classes for Weeks 2-8, you must be a KBIA member and pay the annual membership fee. One membership is required per family, which is defined as one or more generations living in the same household, with members of the younger generation being direct descendants of the older generation. Non-members are welcome to sign up for classes during Week 1 without paying a membership fee.
Through membership, you’re supporting the mission of our organization and are invited to participate in numerous scheduled activities, including twice-daily free-swim sessions, weekly campfire beach barbecue and movie night, family weekend sailing and kayaking, our Seaside Celebration and our monthly Water Sports, Barbeque and Awards.
To be included in our 2017 Membership Directory published in the fall, membership registrations must be received by Sept. 1, 2017. KBIA is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit Maine corporation, and all membership fees and contributions are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law.
